I'm from Winnipeg, Canada, and it snows here a lot and the roads get really icy, so I have to say that they're at a big disadvantage. I doubt any of them have winter tires because it hardly snows there, and also we have trucks spray sand on the roads to add traction, and yet the streets here still get really slippery. Also, they're on a slanted street, so I see why it would be tough driving in those conditions, lol.
