Everything is almost fine, like I said, Giroro's voice is perfect, I could care less about the Natalie/Natsumi name change because if it's more weternized it can be easier for an american audience to pronounce. The only cons in my opinion are Keroro's voice (o.e) and Neko being a guy o.e

I can and do blame FUNimation for that.By changing names/scripts, they go from "we're dubbing Keroro Gunso" to "we're writing the new show - FUNimation's Froggie Invasion!"What if CCS had been dubbed so that, instead of tracking down Clow Cards, Sakura was just playing Blackjack w/a magic wand? What if, instead of striving to be a Pokemon master, Ash was really catching Pokemon to be adopted out at the SPCA?If you can't dub a show and be true to the original, then you don't need to dub it.

I'm sure they'll find a way to do episode 18 without completly westernizing it. As for the name changes, once they read all the feedback, I'm pretty sure they'll change it back to Natsumi instead of Natalie. I think they where going to change it to reach more audiences what havent even heard of anime, but I say, let them see some true japanese names and culture. Plus, the importance of Natsumi's name refered to numbers and summer is too huge to change.

but you cant completly blame FUNimation for that. They want to reach alot of audiences, not just the main stream of animefans. Some people might not get the japanese jokes and scripts, thus end up not liking the anime. The people who love Keroro Gunso can always watch the japanese version with subs, but I dont mind this english sub, as long as they change a few things with the voices and names.

That's the main problem I have with dubbing shows like Keroro Gunso. Ultimately, FUNimation is going to be tossing the scripts for MANY episodes and just replacing dialog with stupid, Westernized one-liners.Take this episode for instance: Kururu stole Giroro's belt to try and figure out what why it had such an interesting effect on Giroro; not because "even a brutal brute like him needs to accessorize." Most of the dialog in this episode was COMPLETELY re-written from scratch and it's obvious.
